As per our terms and conditions, we cannot accept the return of any medicine if once ordered and was shipped correctly by the company against a customer’s online purchase.
In case you want to return any medicine or wish to exchange because your doctor has modified your prescription due to any reason, then make sure that we will not be able to process any such requests.

If you received the damaged package and want it to get returned, then feel free to contact our customer care department.
If in case your order was not delivered in time, you received the damaged product or you have received a partial order then we will look into the case seriously and will refund the money.
